Met with Bill and Mary on Wednesday, July 27th at their home. The Beasley's have approximately $350,000 in assets in their portfolios with Morgan Stanley. Bill Beasley in particular is quite angry with the performance and dishonesty of their current broker. I explained to them the risk in their current portfolio and showed them that their assets could be reallocated into a much more conservative plan.

A way that will guarantee their portfolio from loss and even grant them an entry cash bonus. We are meeting in two weeks to hopefully transfer these assets, and start a relationship with them that will make them feel secure. Mrs. Tumpson- She had renewed her annuity recently (<12 mos.).
Learned that she has three IRAs (value unknown) and uses them for income.
Suggested that she consider setting up stretch IRAs and she was interested in
leaving them to her grandchildren. She won't be able to deal with this for
two months as she is going to be a caregiver to her son (59 yrs. old) who had
a stroke. Estimated value of IRAs is over $1,000,000.
